Welcome to our page for clarification on the protection of personal data in "DECIBEL" PLC.

The Data Protection Information Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data and informs you of your personal data protection rights. DECIBEL PLC. (DECIBEL) updated its information policy in order to meet the requirements of the General Regulation on Data Protection, which came into force on 25.05.2018.

For easier reading, we have divided the Information Policy for Personal Data Protection into separate sections. You can choose the information you are interested in and read more. In some places, we have provided information in the form of questions and answers for convenience.

1. About Decibel and our Privacy Policy

DECIBEL is registered in the Commercial Register with UIC 202768463, with registered office and address of management Bulgaria, 2140 Botevgrad, 1 Industrialna street. Information on the types and characteristics of the services and products provided by DECIBEL can be found on our website, as well as in each of the offices of DECIBEL. We aim to ensure the privacy and protection of personal data of all users.

This Privacy Policy provides you with information on how DECIBEL processes personal data. This includes personal data that we will collect about you when you use our website, our telephone exchange when you use or are a recipient of our services or products, and information we receive from other sources.

  • Contact data

This includes your name, address and other contact information, such as email address and phone numbers.

If you work for one of our business clients, we will record the name of the company, your position in the company and the company address, email address and telephone numbers.

This information is provided by you when you use our website or when you contact us directly or when you use or are a recipient of DECIBEL services or goods.

You will also provide information to DECIBEL when you complete one of our forms or request a service from us online, such as when submitting redirection information for your shipment.

Your old address and your new address when organizing a redirect.

You provide this information yourself if you change your delivery address. We may also receive this information if someone else authorized by you requests a change.

  • History of contacts with us

These are details of any inquiries, complaints, reclamations or requests you have made to DECIBEL and may include copies of correspondence.

You provide us with this information when you contact us to make an inquiry, complaint, complaint or request.

4. Who do we share your personal information with?

  • Internal

Relevant DECIBEL employees have access to your data for the purposes set out above. For example, if you contact us with a question or complaint, your information will be seen by the appropriate staff in our customer service teams. Recipient categories outside of DECIBEL are listed below:

  • Processor of personal data

In some cases, DECIBEL commissions a Personal Data Processor to process your personal data for the purposes of DECIBEL (when we need to use external services of financial controllers we may outsource data processing for accounting and financial purposes; when we subcontract one of our services). We have taken measures to ensure that any processor of personal data can ensure the security of your personal data.

  • Selected third parties

DECIBEL may share personal data with other organizations or public bodies in the performance of its legal duties, such as the police, law enforcement and other authorities, when necessary to prevent or detect a crime or to protect the rights, property or safety of citizens. . Sometimes, in order to protect our interests, we may disclose your personal information to professional advisers (eg lawyers).

We do not use automated decision making. We do not base our solutions on the automated processing of your personal data.

11. Can I complain to a supervisory authority and how?
