Product Overview

Antivibration spring mounts Vibro AMR are multidirectional anti-vibration restraint with relative limit stops. It can be used for low frequency vibration control (low speed rotation 400 rmp up-wards) that also require lateral and vertical restrain and protection from earthquakes and excess wind pressure, such as air compressors, two-cycle engines, chillers, water-coolers, air handling units etc.

All the metal parts of Vibro AMR are constructed from galvanized metal plate with adequate thickness properly formed. It has two holes at its base for fixing with M8 through bolts (not included). At the upper part there is a M8 bolt for fixing at the machinery. The spring complies with ISO 10270 requirements.

The rubber profile at its base, acts as a sound break and increases the isolation efficiency in high frequencies, that could be transmitted through the springs (optional). The two horizontal axis that restrain the spring in vertical and horizontal movements, are covered with rubber to prevent noise transmission. 

 

The spring isolators Vibro AMR with its innovative design can offer simultaneously seismic control protection, successfully sustaining of wind pressure lateral forces and at the same time, reduce the transmission of vibration to supporting structures.

Application

Restrained anti insulation spring mount Vibro AMR is suitable for mechanical Noise & Vibration isolation for:

- Vibrating equipment is likely to be subjected to seismic events.
When the vibrating equipment is likely to significant center of mass alternations.
- When high wind loads or other external forces are applied.
