How It Works

 

The VIBRO-AM mount combines spring-based vibration isolation with rubber damping to effectively control both low- and high-frequency vibrations. The galvanised metal base houses a precisely engineered steel spring that compresses under load, absorbing vibration energy generated by the machine.

The elastic polymer rubber layer around the openings and base further blocks high-frequency vibrations that could otherwise transmit through the metal structure. This dual-action system provides superior vibration isolation and mechanical stability.

Each mount features a central M8 bolt for secure machine connection and adjustment, ensuring perfect alignment and easy installation across a variety of industrial applications.
