Vibromat - Rubber Anti-Vibration Pad

The Vibromat line is a high-performance anti-vibration solution developed to control structure-borne noise and vibration in industrial and construction applications. Designed for both light and heavy machinery, Vibromat pads effectively isolate mechanical vibrations and prevent their re-radiation through building structures, significantly reducing noise pollution in operational environments.
How It Works
Vibromat pads are composed of SBR and EPDM rubber layers bonded with polyurethane adhesive, creating a dense, resilient structure that absorbs and dissipates vibration energy. Each pad features a non-woven, waterproof red synthetic backing, ensuring mechanical protection and preventing moisture penetration when concrete is applied directly over the product. The combination of elastomeric materials and waterproof backing provides long-term durability and consistent vibration isolation even under dynamic or cyclic loads.
Key Benefits
- Reduces vibration and re-radiated noise in industrial and structural applications
- Made from high-quality SBR and EPDM rubber for superior elasticity and strength
- Waterproof, non-woven red backing ensures protection during concrete installation
- Suitable for both static and dynamic loads in light or heavy machinery
- Improves structural isolation in foundations, beams, columns, and plinths
- Simple installation under machinery or integrated into construction layers
- Provides long-term stability and resistance to environmental stress
Installation Overview
Vibromat pads are installed as a floating base layer directly under the foundation, equipment, or structural elements requiring vibration isolation. They can be applied through direct glueing on concrete or other rigid surfaces using polyurethane adhesive. The waterproof red backing allows safe integration into concrete structures without compromising elasticity or performance. For optimal results, Vibromat should be applied in continuous sheets or overlapping sections to ensure full surface contact and uniform load distribution.
